Mastercraft started with a desire to produce unique and creative sculptured carpets and rugs.

The company was launched by Russell Webb in 1991. Small steps were taken at first. Learning the fundamentals of the trade always take time. In the course of a few short months, the first of several high profile commissioned rugs began.

Our Philosophy:

1. Mastercraft Carpet Makers will focus on creating the finest quality handcrafted carpets and rugs. These high standards are the integral building blocks for this Training Academy.

2. We encourage future entrepreneurs / trainees in developing a first rate business model. We will assist you with customized solutions in the development of your business plan.

3. Mastercraft has devoted the time and energy to learning the art of marketing and salesmanship. We encourage every entrepreneur / trainee to make their own firm commitment to learning the art of marketing and salesmanship.

4. We will be available for coaching and guidance for the first 12 months of your new business start-up.
